Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing company in Wakefield to recruit a Maintenance Team Leader.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 3 engineers whilst being on the tools
- Responsible for shift handovers, allocating work and supporting the engineers
- Planning and allocating daily work, ensuring resources are used effectively
- Taking a hands-on role in maintenance, fault-finding and repair
- Delivering planned and reactive maintenance across the site
- Open to mechanical or electrical bias
- Experience working in a regulated or critical environment
- Previous experience leading or supervising engineers
- A hands on leadership style with strong safety awareness
- Confidence prioritising work and communicating with stakeholders
